Pure Tone's A&R staff, led by 18 year major label A&R executive Pete Ganbarg, offers full-service A&R consulting for both established and developing artists, as well as for concept and compilation projects. Our A&R services include creation of album concepts; song selection and discovery; identification and securing of producers, engineers, side artists and studios; and oversight of all creative aspects of record making, from beginning to end.
