What does an A&R consultant do?
Our A&R consultants are old-fashioned record makers. We do everything from identifying album concepts; to working with writers and publishers to find material; to selecting and securing producers, engineers and guest artist talent. Basically, everything a label A&R executive would do in terms of creative record making - we oversee the entire creative process.

We’re constantly listening for new artists and writers who would be a fit for our current projects. We don’t sign a lot of new artists but we’re always listening.
